Yes. AGK CORRETORA DE CAMBIO S.A. is an institution authorised by the Central Bank of Brazil to operate exclusively in the foreign exchange market. We have been regulated since our founding in 1994 and comply with all applicable regulations, including AML requirements and data protection laws (LGPD).

We offer a wide range of major world currencies including US Dollar (USD), Euro (EUR), British Pound (GBP), Canadian Dollar (CAD), and Australian Dollar (AUD). For corporate operations, we can handle additional currencies based on your specific needs. Contact us for the latest rates and availability.

AGK operates in two ways: directly in our own position for contracts up to USD 500,000 (or equivalent in other currencies), and through intermediation with banking partners for larger amounts with no upper limit. This allows us to serve clients of all sizes efficiently.

For individuals, you typically need a valid government-issued ID (RG or passport), CPF (individual taxpayer registration), and proof of address. For corporate accounts, additional documentation including CNPJ, company bylaws, and director identification is required. All documentation is subject to our KYC and AML compliance procedures.

Most international transfers are completed within 24 to 48 hours, depending on the destination country, currency, and correspondent banking arrangements. Transfers to major financial centres (USA, Europe) are typically processed the same business day when instructions are received before our cut-off time.

Yes. AGK offers international pre-paid cards reloadable in major currencies, issued through the Visa network. These cards are accepted at millions of merchants and ATMs worldwide, providing a secure and convenient alternative to carrying cash. Cards can be loaded with USD, EUR, GBP, and other major currencies.

Our headquarters is at Rua Dr. Rafael de Barros, 209 - 9º andar, Paraíso, São Paulo - SP. We have exchange locations across multiple Brazilian states. Additionally, Western Union services are available at our branches in Bragança Paulista - SP and Brasília - DF. Contact us for the location nearest to you.

We are open Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. We are closed on Saturdays, Sundays, and Brazilian public holidays. For urgent matters outside business hours, please contact us by email and we will respond on the next business day.
